Our unique approach bridges the gap between traditional leadership skills training and sabbatical retreats, blending evidence - based insights with practical skills in the areas of personality dynamics, emotional intelligence, mindfulness and more.

The location for the Green Room Retreat is Silves in The Algarve. A 45 minute transfer from Faro airport or 2.5 hours drive / train / bus to/from Lisbon meaning you can extend your stay in Portugal with ease.
