About our Founder Vanessa Farquharson
For over 25 years, I've had a front-row seat to the challenges of human connection in the fast-paced world of service industries like media, tourism, and hospitality. I’ve been fortunate to work with world-class organisations like the BBC, National Geographic, American Express, IHG and Tourism New Zealand, where my work has always been customer-insight led. I've learned that truly understanding people, be it customers, employees or investors, is the key to unlocking real progress.
As the managing partner of Viridis, I use this perspective as a catalyst for personal development. I believe that even the most brilliant people and teams can feel stuck, and that a fresh pair of eyes can make all the difference. I use my experience, alongside the power of tools like the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®), to help you turn a standstill into genuine, joyful progress.
